Agenda:

1.      Tim Tefs, 10325 Reading Road

Applicant has submitted a request for an appeal of the Building Commissioner’s denial of the proposed new building at 10325 Reading Road.  The applicant is requesting two variances.

a.      Section 1248.09 of the Village of Evendale Zoning Code Requires all lots in the Heavy Commercial District to be a minimum of two acres. This lot is 0.644 acres.
b.      Chapter 1260 of the Village of Evendale Zoning Code requires a ten foot landscape buffer on all thoroughfares.  The applicant is requesting a variance of up to five feet in some areas.

2.      Approval of the minutes for them September 21, 2006 meeting.
